We are a multilingual practice and are able to conduct examinations in English, Italian and Greek.

About the role

It is diverse, rewarding, exciting and will offer you the opportunity of a career pathway within independent optometry, assisting us to grow our business from by providing exceptional customer experiences to our patients.

Actively participate in day to day operations of the practice including assisting patients, sales, practice administration & appointment booking
Recommend frame options based on the patient's prescription, fashion and lifestyle
Maintain impeccable practice presentation including merchandising
Benefit from inhouse and external training to ensure success in this role

About You
This role is aimed at someone who is looking for long-term employment, career progression, and welcomes new challenges.

What our team needs from you is:

Bilingual
English / Mandarin and/or Vietnamese
A strong retail background & superior customer service skills
Passion and desire to learn new skills
Calm, composed and solution orientation with good problem solving skills
Innovation looking outside the box
Attention to detail
A1 personal presentation grooming and attire
Community orientated
Ability to work Saturday mornings
