We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for an immediate start.
The role will be offered on a on 2/1 FIFO basis from Perth only.
The main responsibility of the role is to determine and assigns work & areas of responsibility for field staff and drilling contractors. Plus;
Coordinating all drilling activities onsite;
Coordinate all Heritage survey and land access requirements.
Liase with field staff to enable a smooth completion of required scope of works at allocated site;
Plan, organise and communicate daily workflow to field team;
Ensure planned maintenance is achieved as per schedule;
Ensure all staff operate in accordance with the Safe Work and Field Operations Procedures, including Key Performance Indicators and reporting failures;
Investigate, monitor, document and report on quality nonconformances;
Provide adequate supervision through technical guidance and support
Ensure all available shifts are staffed;
Review daily performance and sign off day sheets, ensuring both a thorough and critical approach to this review at all times
Manage spatial data accuracy and integrity, ensuring that team members are continually reminded of obligations related to geofenced heritage exclusions
Ensure that all support facilities and equipment are maintained and kept in good working order.
Current WA C Class Drivers.
Current Police Clearance.
Ability to pass a preemployment medical & drug & alcohol screen.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
