About the Role
Some of the key responsibilities that will be undertaken by the successful applicant include

  • Work with Data and Product teams to define customer segments for personalised campaigns.
  • Plan and conduct appropriate testing and proofing on all deliverables to ensure a quality enduser experience that is error free and fit for purpose.
  • Create relevant documentation as needed and keep it up to date (eg requirements, testing, technical documentation).
  • Support the stability of the digital communication platforms within the Group ecosystem.

About you
We are looking for someone with key skills below

  • Experience in building and executing campaigns using platforms such as Adobe Campaign Standard
  • Experience with modifying, proofing, troubleshooting HTML eDM templates
  • Experience in campaign automation and customer lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of direct and digital marketing practices in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Understanding complex customer data sets, including ability to query and segment data
  • Solutionfocused mindset to any challenges that arise in this fastpaced business.
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Setting and tracking to deadlines, identifying and resolving issues that may arise
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration
