The Bloomfield Group operates two open-cut coal mines in the Hunter Valley and two engineering workshops - Kings Engineering at Rutherford and Four Mile at Ashtonfield.


About the role


This role will also partner with Work Health and Safety team members across the business to work together to improve safety outcomes and promote a safety culture across the Group.

We are looking for someone that has a passion for workplace safety and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your tertiary qualifications in WHS (or related) and Return to Work will be complemented by at least 3 years' experience having been worked ideally within a mining or heavy machinery environment, and a proven track record of improving safety outcomes.


You will play a key role in managing return to work programs and ensuring that our workplace adheres to the highest safety standards.
