    The Opportunity

    To contribute to the effectiveness of project/s by providing effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed.

    This role will focus on:

    • Setup and establish Aconex on all new projects
    • Work with Tender teams in establishing Aconex for all new tenders
    • Train all users including Document Controllers, Engineers and Project teams in Aconex
    • Be the BU Champion for any support/assistance/system updates/working with Corporate Aconex and Quality teams
    • Assist and support the startup of all new projects from a quality control perspective – working with early project teams to develop work flows, lots, finalise Quality Management Plan for client approval, development and implementation of Project Management System (PMS), etc
    • Assist BU Quality Manager with any Business Unit Quality Controls matters as directed by BU Quality Manager (eg: review and importing of documents into IPKL, BU Quality Audits, etc)
    • Maintenance of K-drive and renewables SharePoint drive
    • Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks

    Our minimum requirements for this role are:

    • 2-5 years' experience working in a Document Control/Quality Coordinator role.
    • Technical competency or detailed understanding in document control
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong communicator who has skills in training
    • Skill in stakeholder communication
    • Delegation and decision making skills, e.g. quick thinking and confident in outcome
    • Systematic approach to conducting work
