The Best Homes Australia is undergoing a radical transformation.

As one of Australia's largest generators of electricity, we are stepping up to 'light the way' towards a cleaner Best Homes Australia.

The Best Homes Australia team focuses on executing a diverse portfolio of power generation projects.

These range from conventional coal and gas-fired power plant revamps to leading edge pump-storage hydro, battery, wind, and large-scale renewable power generation projects.


About the role


In this newly created PART-TIME (15-hours per week) role as Project Document Controller, you'll be responsible for leading the process of ensuring project documentation is in line with internal procedures, project specifications and schedules.

You'll manage the timely flow of information between internal delivery teams and external teams.


You'll also:

  • Support the Lead Document Controller to administer our document system, and implement system and process improvements
  • Manage the document review process, ensuring everything is clearly identifiable
  • Supporting the project teams in understanding and complying with document control best practices
  • Assist in developing and refining efficient document control processes
  • Preparation of document related status and forecast reports as required

What we're looking for


To be successful in this role, you'll need to have proven experience with document control processes and procedures, ideally in a similar industry (construction/heavy industry).

You'll demonstrate the ability to easily engage and influence stakeholders, to ensure adherence to complex concepts and procedures.


You'll also:

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts
  • Extensive experience working as part of a project delivery team

$83, $116,509.48 per year
