Laundy Hotels are seeking a Reservations Coordinator to support our Sales, Events & Reservations team, to create an exceptional first experience for all clients visiting or enquiring about one of our many venues.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Reservations Coordinator at Laundy Hotels, you will be responsible for:

Creating exceptional customer service and assistance to guests
Client liaison and proposal creation
Research and data collection

Please note - this role is currently based in our Drummoyne Head Office, with relocation to Lane Cove Head Office in the coming months.
