Significant experience in running a large delivery team, with a high level of understanding of the principals of both managed services and project services-based service delivery and well-developed high-level Network and Security technical skills required to provide effective leadership to the team.


  • Strong people management skills and a track record of dealing directly with clients. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and proven ability to identify early, manage and resolve issues.
  • Manage and guide the Network and Security Engineering Services teams to provide a highquality service in accordance with Service Level Agreements and within an ITIL service management structure.
  • Be escalation point for P1-P2 incidents supporting team and involving other teams to fix the issues.
  • Develop procedures and strategies around the delivery of leveraged and standardized service offerings across the Network and Security practice.
  • Provide Network and Security SME support and overall Architectural guidance for network design and solution development required to manage ongoing our client's environments.
  • Work with the Tools and Automation team to deliver a consolidated implementation of toolsets and automation across Capgemini client base.
  • Develop team members and capabilities in line with contracted deliverables and ongoing Capgemini key technology partnerships.
  • Deliver services in line with contracted commercial outcomes and budget targets, inclusive of cost centre management.
  • Manage the resource utilization
  • Manage and guide the Network and Security Practice team members to provide a highquality service in accordance with contracted scope with culture of proactive continuous service improvement, Innovation and Automation.

  • Select and hire appropriately qualified personnel to meet business requirements

  • Expert level understanding of Cisco routing and switching, Cisco Wireless & ISE.
  • Advanced level understanding of Checkpoint, Troubleshooting skill, FortiGate, Network design, Azure networking &Security best practices
  • Basic understanding of Meraki, F5, Palo Alto, Cisco Voice, HP switching & Riverbed
