Our client is looking for it's next inspiring Store Manager to lead their team at their Fyshwick location.


About the Role:


  • Manage all day to day store operations
  • Achieving sales, shrinkage & wage budgets
  • Training and developing your team & creating development plans for career progression
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided throughout the store
  • Motivating your team to achieve results
  • Recruiting and training new team members
  • All staff rostering

About you:


  • Experience in leading large teams 20 +
  • Experience in working with large stock volume
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Experience in Visual Merchandising
  • Proven ability in mentor & coach your team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
