We're interested in hearing from people who

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers across modern workplace solutions and Atlassian platforms.
  • Execute and manage engineering strategies to deliver highquality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation and deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Ensure that engineering processes and practices are followed and continuously improved.
  • Setup scrum meetings and ensure that they are conducted efficiently.
  • Ensure the flow of work is smooth and that the team is working efficiently.
  • Identify any training needs for the team and work with their line manager to develop a plan to address them.
  • Run the weekly scrum meetings.

Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

  • Strong technical skills and 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and workplace technology (e.g., Office 365).
  • Proven experience successfully leading and managing crossfunctional engineering teams of 10+ members.
  • Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting approach based on project needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective conflict resolution within teams.
  • Experience with Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence) with a track record of improving team efficiency through its implementation.
