We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Customer Service/Warehouse Support person to join our team in WA - Full Time,


Specific Role, Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures daily purchase orders are entered correctly into ERP system about quantity / settlement discounts and individual product pricing and contacts retailers where necessary recorrections
  • Monitors backorders to ensure they are released in a timely manner.
  • Processes credit claims from retailers
  • Assists customers/dealers & endusers with courier tracking & consignment queries.
  • Liaises with couriers re alternate pickup and delivery.
  • Ensures maximum availability of stock by transferring within the ERP system and liaising with warehouse, supply chain and product managers in accessing or moving stock.
  • Provides Sales quotes or proforma invoices
  • Assist in the warehouse as an allrounder in charge of dispatch, goods inwards, order picking; picking stock, packing stock away and labelling bags as necessary

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Previous Customer Service experience essential
  • Must be Computer literate and numerate
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Must be a clear communicator written and oral
  • Highly organised
  • May be required to operate materials handling equipment
  • Works well in a Team Environment
  • Familiar with WH&S practises and manual handling techniques
  • May be required to assist with other Warehouse functions from time to time
  • May be required to operate materials handling equipment
. Forklift licence not essential

  • RF Scanning experience ideal
  • Minimum 12year experience in a similar role

Job Environment

  • Upto 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm)
  • Smokefree environment.
  • Use of Automated Time Keeping system
