As the Clinical Territory Manager for Medical Solutions Division (MSD), Wound and incision management, you will leverage 3M's science, market leading technologies, trusted brand and global reach to actively shape the wound care market from within one of Australia's leading skin and wound businesses.

As the successful Clinical Territory Manager, you will strive to exceed sales targets through selling and providing clinical education to existing medical solutions customers on the benefits of MSD's products in order to drive and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the clinical environment
Maintain and grow customers within existing portfolio
Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives
Work with State team and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to develop and update State sales plan
Work with Marketing to develop relationships and communicate with KOLs
Sell the features/clinical benefits of 3M products and provide clinical education to prescribers, KOLs and medical staff in assigned facilities to drive and grow revenue in line with commercial directives
Participation in pretender planning, tender submission and post contract planning to ensure timely completion of the interfunctional parts of the process as required
Position based in Newcastle

Key Criteria

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university e.g business, nursing or related
Strong sales performer within medical solutions and/or medical devices.
Experience in wound care highly advantageous
Experience in Operating theatres, CSSD and Infection Control advantageous
Experience leading and working in crossfunctional teams is desired
Strong business and financial acumen. Confident in presenting strategy
