  • The Salvation Army Employment Plus has launched a new mobile bus program for regional job seekers to help reduce the impact of transport barriers on their journey to employment.
  • The new facetoface service brings Employment Plus directly to job seekers who may otherwise struggle to attend appointments, due to poor public transport in their area, or not having a vehicle or driver's licence.
  • The successful applicant will be working as part of a team, providing outreach services to regional NSW including Harden & Boorowa (alternating Mondays), Cooma (every second Tuesday) Bibbenluke, Bombala & Jindabyne (alternating Thursdays) and Berridale (every second Friday). Every second Tuesday and every Wednesday will be based at our Queanbeyan office.
  • A current driver's license and ability to drive a van is essential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are a confident and trustworthy selfstarter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an everchanging environment
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
