Trust You With:

  • Supporting business units and senior management to deliver Council's Customer Experience Strategy.
  • Ensuring customer experience outcomes, initiatives, policies and procedures are implemented in a timely and successful manner.
  • Providing expert advice, support, resources and training.
  • Reviewing and evaluating current practices to identify pain point areas and allow for continual improvement.
  • Coaching business units in effectively managing escalated or complex customer enquiries.

Things You'll
Do:

  • Work as part of the Customer Strategy and Improvements Team to ensure Council is delivering high quality customer service.
  • Utilise data and insights to enable customer centric decision making.
  • Collaborate with and provide strategic advice and coaching to senior management and business units.
  • Support change through a collaborative approach.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources that uplift a customer centric culture throughout the business.

Fine Print:

Package:$93,000 - $99,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation.

Hours of work:Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement.
