Junior Property Manager - Camberwell
Work for a growing, well established franchise real estate office with a friendly team. Work from home flexibility and rotating and infrequent Saturdays. Manage 80 properties with guidance and training into senior property management.

This is a great opportunity to be trained properly, and move up in property management and real estate and forge a career with a great brand


JOB DUTIES:


  • Learn to manage of a portfolio of 80 properties, residential homes/apartments around camberwell area
  • Be involved with the dealing of accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with some admin support for you
  • Learn to perform and do lease renewals, condition reports and inspections

WHATS ON OFFER:

- $60,000 - $70,000 (Dependant on prior experience)

  • Work 95 with WFH flexibility, 1 in 6 Saturdays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
  • Prior experience in Property Management
  • The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
  • Car and drivers licence
