Our client is a successful, expanding private developer focussed on land that is undertaking a significant growth strategy and hence requires an experienced Acquisitions professional to source new projects.

The role involves working closely with the owner to identify new sites (preferably off market), negotiate with vendors, undertake due diligence and potentially assist with the initial design, planning and approval stages.

The person will have demonstrable experience in acquiring land projects in the SEQ region, have in-depth knowledge of the market, very strong relationships

and a proactive, commercial approach involving negotiating with owners direct.

Background in a private developer would be advantageous, but a history of successful deal-doing, as opposed to pure analysis, in a public company, would be considered.
