As the Marketing Communications Lead for the Rehabilitation and Health Services Division, at MedHealth, you will work across a wide range of areas including social media, campaigns, brand, events and communications for the division's portfolio of brands.
This is a varied role where you will be able to use your broad, extensive skills and experience to lead and fully own your projects from concept to delivery; innovating new ideas to achieve strategic business objectives.
You will manage the brand's social channels and work closely with our videographer to drive engagement through carefully curated, brand-aligned content.

Day-to-day you will:
- Lead and deliver marketing and communications projects that align with each brands' business objectives
- Develop and/or oversee the creation of engaging, highquality content and marketing assets across a range of mediums
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders, to understand their businesses challenges and strategic needs
- Develop each brands' social media strategy and manage their social posting
- Regularly update brand websites with new engaging content
- Ensure brand integrity and quality across the portfolio
- Provide periodical reporting on key metrics related to your projects
- Provide support to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager when required
Qualifications:
Attributes and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or creative industries
- At least 5+ years' experience in broad marketing roles, with practical experience across a wide range of areas, including social media, campaigns, digital marketing, events and communications
- Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced working across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to adjust tone to align to each brand, to write across different channels and to different audiences
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects), Canva, social media, EDM and CMS (WordPress) platforms
- Desirable but not essential an interest or experience in photography
