About Your Team

The HR Innovation Delivery team sits within Group People Services function within the Human resources support unit and is a specialist function that works across the Group, at all levels, to build tomorrow's bank today and a brighter future for all.

The team is currently executing on several large projects which require the support of a new Project Delivery Manager.

About Your Role

The role is to be working alongside a team of technology enthusiasts that are delivering business projects in a technology landscape.

You will be successful in the role if you have experience working in a project environment where you are comfortable managing strict methodology requirements and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities**:

Manage the project methodology requirements through operating within the CBA project delivery methodology and developing project artefacts such as project plans, stakeholder maps, risks and milestones
Manage project costs and expenditure and provide regular financial updates.
Ensure deliverables and solutions are aligned with Group process, methodologies and governance.
Coordinate with vendors and multiple internal stakeholder groups to organise and facilitate workshops such as design, showcases, testing and release management
Supports with key project tracking from initiation through to the delivery of the new capabilities and realisation of benefits.
Manage all aspects of the project life cycle including scope, initiation, planning, execution, closure, expenditure, benefits realisation and evaluation.
Identifies and resolves issues and impediments within the program/project teams.
Provide timely and accurate reports for management and other program and project governance groups.
