Job Summary:

Leadership role will be responsible for managing process design and engineering inputs, overseeing operations of the business, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Oversee the process design and engineering aspects of projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Assist in the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct technical reviews and quality control of process design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in membrane treatment technologies,

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on process design and project management.
Strong knowledge and experience with membrane technologies or similar water treatment technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Willingness to travel as required.
