Leadership role will be responsible for managing process design and engineering inputs, overseeing operations of the business, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Oversee the process design and engineering aspects of projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist in the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality control of process design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in membrane treatment technologies,
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on process design and project management.
- Strong knowledge and experience with membrane technologies or similar water treatment technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as required.
