Operating from within the OFT, you will work and actively participate within a dynamic team delivering all OFT services across the region.

As the Service Delivery Officer, you will:

Conciliate complaints between consumers and traders.
Act as first point of contact for counter and telephone enquiries and provide information, advice and services to clients.
Undertake searches of departmental databases and issue official certificates and permits.
Receipt monies in accordance with relevant government legislation and associated policies and procedures.
Process forms relating to all departmental regional business, undertake retrievals and filing, and provide general administrative assistance and other support duties as required.
Undertake proactive compliance inspections of less complex trading environments.
Contribute to the OFT's industry and community engagement activities.
