Operating from within the OFT, you will work and actively participate within a dynamic team delivering all OFT services across the region.


As the Service Delivery Officer, you will:

  • Conciliate complaints between consumers and traders.
  • Act as first point of contact for counter and telephone enquiries and provide information, advice and services to clients.
  • Undertake searches of departmental databases and issue official certificates and permits.
  • Receipt monies in accordance with relevant government legislation and associated policies and procedures.
  • Process forms relating to all departmental regional business, undertake retrievals and filing, and provide general administrative assistance and other support duties as required.
  • Undertake proactive compliance inspections of less complex trading environments.
  • Contribute to the OFT's industry and community engagement activities.
