Brief

In our global Employment & Rewards team, you will collaborate closely with our Partners and senior team members to guide clients in managing employment and safety risks while gaining exposure to intricate advice and litigation.

As an Associate in our Employment & Reward team you will:

advise clients on employment, industrial relations, discrimination, and safety matters
assist with disputes and litigation in courts and tribunals
conduct legal research to stay updated on changing legislation
help with underpayment and employment compliance reviews
support clients with enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
advise on corporate transactions and restructuring
offer guidance on safety compliance and response to incidents
participate in workplace investigations and audits
collaborate with other teams to provide legal advice and support

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, with flexible options available. If you are seeking hybrid working or flexibility, we are open to discussing arrangements that suit you best.

About you

1 to 5 years' experience in employment law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm about business development
