Description

Job Title:
Technical Support Engineer


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide solutions to technical issues
  • Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions
  • Provide training to customers as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of programming languages is a plus

Job Types:
Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
