Our Client brings together leading clinical professionals, researchers and scientists to provide the very best in fertility IVF care.

The medical teams are highly regarded for having fertility treatment programs that are considered the safest and most successful across the globe.

The role
Our client is looking for a Head of Department - endocrinology.

The main duties for the role will be:

Oversight of the operations for the 5 endocrinology laboratories.
Delivery of their NK cell testing service from their main lab and continued development of this testing.
Team management of the NSW lab staff and 3 other lab supervisors across Australia (6 direct reports).
Ensuring the labs are running efficiently and effectively to standards.
Engagement with our overseeing supervisors pathologists.
Reporting of Key performance metrics (i.e. turnaround time) and management of these.
Minimum of a 2 years experience as a lab manager.
Experience in Immunology and Biochemistry will be ideal.
Flow cytometry will be a plus.
Display a high level of communication and welldeveloped interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
