    The Safety and Quality Reporting Officer supports the administration of safety, quality and care documentation systems to produce and meet the organisations reporting and analytics requirements, as well as being the subject matter expert for the systems across Multicap Group (Multicap) and its subsidiary entities. This role is part-time looking at 22.8 hours per week.

    The primary focus of this role is to work closely with the GM Safety and Quality to maintain and continuously improve Multicap's systems that support organisational wide safety, quality and risk frameworks.

    The position will also provide support for other safety and quality functions such as assisting in the development of policies and procedures and delivery of training programs to support incident management, feedback management, continuous quality improvement and risk management.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

    • Data reporting, analysis and addressing process and system improvements and training.
    • conducting user access reviews
    • providing general user administration support.
    • liaising with IT and vendor to maintain systems health and support system changes and scheduled and ad hoc updates
    • establishing procedures and work instructions to support systems use.

    You should be someone who:

    • Builds and maintains effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
    • Has a hawk-like attention to detail
    • Thrives within the boundaries of defined policies and procedures, making order out of chaos.
    • Has a good level of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of programs, including Excel and Word.
    • Is a creative problem solver, able to craft solutions and refine processes to minimize risks.
    • Holds a positive attitude towards people with disabilities, aligning seamlessly with Multicap's Values and Code of Conduct.

    The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain;

    • Demonstrated experience in a similar position working with electronic incident, risk and quality systems and care management systems
    • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)– or be willing to obtain.
    • Working with Children Check (Blue card) – or be willing to obtain.
    • Up to date COVID-19 Vaccinations
