The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Operations Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Redbank, Qld.

Key Responsibilities

Direct, monitor and manage the activities of team leaders
Develop strategies and activities to support new & existing products and services
Build relationships with customers and service groups
Assess potential problem areas and coordinate solutions with functional managers
Introduce and maintain effective daytoday operations
People management and leadership motivating, staff absenteeism, performance issues and grievances

About You:

3+ years of experience in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry
Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
Specific Warehouse Management System skills and exposure to WH&S requirements
Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS)
Awareness of current logistics systems, materials handling equipment and providers
LF Forklift License would be beneficial (not essential)
