Manager, IT Operations - Australia to our global team.


OVERVIEW:


Work as a team leader to support SharkNinja office and related subsidiaries in Australia, a team member to provide IT Operation support.

This position will be key in supporting SharkNinja's goal of scaling this business to $100 million USD over the next 2 years while working with exceptionally talented people and teams.

  • A good communicator with both technical and nontechnical people.
  • Lead from the front and talk to partner IT functions who are SME's in various parts of the business.
  • Support network infrastructure, such as Intranet/internet, security system, in accordance with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switch, router, firewall, printers.
  • Assist and coordinate with the end user to improve work productivity as required.
  • Identify technology gaps and work both holistically and in the details to drive quality in a Business/IT environment.
  • Participate in IT project implementations and provide end user training as needed.
  • Coordinate with third party logistics (3PL) partners regarding electronic exchange of transactional and master data (via EDI)
  • Act as a point of liaison and escalation for Business IT issues.
  • Managing IT systems in the responsible sites in support of agreed service levels.
  • In charge of business specific IT demand (changes & projects), aligned with global strategy (User Requirement Specification, Acceptance, Deployment, Training).
  • Partner with the global cybersecurity team to maintain installation of security tools, remediate software vulnerabilities and participate in security incident response as needed
  • Assist in the deployment of global changes and projects following group standards and working as part of a larger team.
  • Familiar with budget management.
  • Liaison with suppliers, QBR,'s and Service Delivery to ITIL standards.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:


  • Exceptional in written and verbal English communication skill, foreignfunded enterprise working experience is necessary.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within IT infrastructure
  • Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant expertise is a must.
  • Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis and hardware/software systems, Cisco/MS certificate or experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in a formal change control process environment is a plus.
  • Experience in IT systems integration and transitions will be key
  • Infrastructure experience is a must
  • D2C systems experience will be needed
  • Ability to effectively work in a team where other team members may be located in other sites.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or similar field.
  • Travel if required
  • Strong knowledge of networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Fluid knowledge of IT Systems, Windows server, AD, Azure AD.

Salary:
$120, $160,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus
