Play a key role in managing and documenting health projects while you build on your career with a well-respected studio that genuinely invests in their people.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work across a range of health projects
  • Deliver accurate and thorough handson Revit documentation
  • Liaise with colleagues and consultants
  • Ensure the highest quality project outcomes
  • Prepare, services plans, functional briefs, adjacency diagrams and flow charts, including participation in blocking and stacking of developments.
  • Produce Schedules of accommodation
  • Run Hospital user groups to discuss Models of Care; operational requirements, and fitout briefing.

Skills & Experience

  • Medical Clinical background, has worked in the architectural industry
  • Min 5+ years local experience
  • Health sector experience a MUST
  • Understanding of health planning guidlines and healthcare projects
  • Highlevel Revit proficiency
  • Experience with Business cases is an advantage.
  • Able to read architectural drawings, and to sketch planning solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
