We achieve our success through the effective coordination of a diverse range of teams including project management, logistics and procurement, case management and community engagement, communications and government relations; as well as expert advisory in crisis and risk management.
Key Criteria:
- Coordinating with the Construction Manager and Supervisors regarding resources
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Keeping the Team informed about the deliveries to site and arranging correct delivery
- Coordinating with customs, freight forwarders, customs authority and client to arrange material release and to avoid any delays or extra expenses
- Supervising the approval of invoices and cost control
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the proper delivery of materials
- Identifying and communicating any incident that could mean a potential delay and possible actions to mitigate issues
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Arranging damages reports and submissions and meeting all project KPI's
- Monitoring and ensuring the supply of materials are maintained to meet project requirements and any materials lost in damages are replaced
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Requirements:
- Qualifications in Procurement and Logistics Management
- Strong negotiation skills.
