Inviting Talented Architect/Technician to work for a Developer.

City fringe location, right next to PT.

International Property Developer with Developments under construction in Melbourne are expanding their inhouse Design team.

Focused on Large Scale Aged Care communities, with over 50 years of International experience, this is a great opportunity to work for a Property Developer.

They are seeking an experience Revit Architect/Technician to join their inhouse design team.

Responsible for overseeing external Architects drawings, producing inhouse construction documentation in close liaison with the Development and Design Management team, this calls for an exceptionally talented technical Architect or Technician.

The ability to work under fast track project conditions in their city fringe office, right near the tram line, within a dedicated and motivated team, get involved on a wide range of scales of Aged Care developments.

10 years experience, post graduation of Architecture Degree, or Arch Technology certification;
Aged Care/Healthcare project involvement from Design Development and Construction Documentation, within an Architecture studio is ideal

Revit Expertise is essential to hit the ground running.

Excellent communication skills to engage with external parties, and to engage with professional, dynamic internal team.
