About the role
AGS's client services team plays an integral role in the delivery of AGS's market development and client relationship support.

As the Client Support Officer, you will support our client events as well as providing general administration support to the team.

You will receive on the job training and will be provided with ongoing training and development opportunities.


In this role you will:
- play a key role in supporting AGS to deliver successful client events
- engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality support
- provide varied administrative support to a dynamic team
- support the Events Manager to deliver professional events
- respond to routine training and event queries.

About you
The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills and attributes:

  • client service mindset and a professional approach
- excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- the ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
- a keen eye for detail
- sound communication skills (written and oral).

Experience in providing events support is an advantage, although not essential.
