We are DevelopmentWA - Western Australia's land development agency. Our work is diverse and state-wide, developing land for sustainable communities, prosperous industry and resilient regions.
Our portfolio includes the development and management of some of WA's most iconic residential, commercial and industrial projects both within the metropolitan area, and regional areas of our state.
The role
This position assists with the development and delivery of our corporate strategy, related projects and activities. The role provides support with analysis and reporting on priority initiatives and activities across the organisation.
The position also assists the Corporate Strategy Manager with developing and aligning initiatives including:
- Business Action Plan and targets tracking and reporting
- Board and executive reporting on performance
- Corporate and specific KPIs for annual reporting
- Reconciliation Action Plan (progress reporting and executive officer support to the RAP Working Group)
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Ability to develop an understanding of policy directions and strategies which can be applied to support the broader activities of the Strategy and Innovation business unit.
- Experience with report writing, research and analysis skills, including the ability to interpret information and provide recommendations to management
- Ability to support project delivery from creation to completion
- Strong interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound time management skills and the ability to prioritise various tasks which need to be undertaken concurrently
- Relevant industry experience and a relevant qualification are desirable.
