HR Systems Officer - NSW Government- Town Hall location (hybrid)- $350 - $450 per day + super- Full time, Monday to Friday
Immediate start:
- 3 month contract with view to extend
This established Government organisation requires a HR Systems Officer who has exposure to payroll systems to assist with moving across to the new ERP system.
Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data Entry to ERP System (Payroll system is moving from from Chris 21 to Tech one)
- Assist the implementation of a new system
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing
- Provide support of the change management strategies and plans to maximise adoption and usage of the new system
- Understanding the business requirements to identify testing scenarios
- Payroll Data cleansing
- Other ad hoc HR Support
Skills and experience:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes
- Exposure to systems testing and validation in payroll systems desirable
- Chris 21/iChris experience desirable
- Ability to work with internal teams to support testing and system updates
