HR Systems Officer - NSW Government- Town Hall location (hybrid)- $350 - $450 per day + super- Full time, Monday to Friday
Immediate start:

  • 3 month contract with view to extend


This established Government organisation requires a HR Systems Officer who has exposure to payroll systems to assist with moving across to the new ERP system.

They offer a friendly and supportive working environment with hybrid working flexibility.


Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Data Entry to ERP System (Payroll system is moving from from Chris 21 to Tech one)
  • Assist the implementation of a new system
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide support of the change management strategies and plans to maximise adoption and usage of the new system
  • Understanding the business requirements to identify testing scenarios
  • Payroll Data cleansing
  • Other ad hoc HR Support

Skills and experience:


  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes
  • Exposure to systems testing and validation in payroll systems desirable
  • Chris 21/iChris experience desirable
  • Ability to work with internal teams to support testing and system updates
