Are you a talented and dynamic Commercial Property Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Core Talent have an exciting opportunity for you to join our premium client in Hobart whilst additionally overseeing the Launceston market.

As a Commercial Property Manager with our market-leading and innovative organisation, you will play a key role in managing our diverse portfolio of properties and delivering exceptional service to both established and a newly acquired clientele base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the management of commercial properties in both the Greater Hobart and Launceston areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Conduct property inspections and assessments, identifying maintenance needs and ensuring timely repairs.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and rental agreements.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage rent collection, arrears, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
  • Implement and enforce property management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements affecting property management in Tasmania.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous experience in commercial property management or real estate is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing property management in Tasmania.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
  • A proactive and solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving.
