About the role
Care Manager, Aged Care Sydney East

The Role:


The Care Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with our care recipients whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and service delivery.


You will be required to conducts assessments in a care recipient's home and work with our internal teams to ensure the support plan is conducted to the recipients individualised specifications.

This may include liaising with the recipients family and multidisciplinary care teams.


You will work with the care recipient to create a budget to effective utilise their funding whilst factoring in their care requirements.


A strong understanding of the home care standards will be a benefit, as compliance across the aged care act is required.

Skills and experience

The Requirements:


  • Experience working in Aged Care or a related field
  • Interpersonal skills to work with others and manage client/family expectations
  • Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
  • Some experience or ability with finances & budgets
  • Current police check
  • Drivers License and reliable vehicle

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From $65,000.00 per year
