An exciting opportunity is available to join ANZ's internal creative studio team as a Designer.

We're looking for a talented designer with a keen eye for detail to assist, support, and deliver creative work, assets, and outputs as part of the internal creative studio.

As part of an established team, you'll play a vital creative role and liaise directly with our in-house agency lead, senior designer, account management team, and then subsequently with the Marketing team.

Join our in-house creative studio and be a part of our design-driven mission to enhance customer financial wellbeing, as well as lead the way in meeting ANZ's ever-changing marketing needs.

Your creative skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our visual content is not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligns with our strategic goals.

As a Designer, you'll contribute to the artistic direction and execution of creative projects, collaborating with various teams to bring our ideas to life.

Please submit a condensed portfolio (max 5MB) or provide a URL to showcase a key project you have scoped right through to delivery.

What your day may look like

Delivery of artwork and creative assets as needed.

Utilise your skills within the Creative Suite / Cloud platform to execute creative and adapt projects and modifications.

Work with production workflows and job schedules to take visual design tasks all the way through to delivery.

Identify inaccuracies, recommend adapted workflows and ensure attention to detail of work.

Being on brand, consistent and accessible design standards. (Principles / design systems)

Follow through to artwork and production stage

Design for digital, traditional print and motion

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience

At least 4 years experience in design and artwork.

Creative Suite / Cloud experience.

Engagement with the design community in a commercial environment.
