Leading Production Factory Hand (High-Speed Industrial Doors)
STRICT REQUIREMENTS:
- First, you must be either an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia
- Second, you must currently live in South-East Queensland (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads).

About The Role:
We are a business that has experienced outstanding growth and is subsequently looking for a committed person to join our Production team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and focused individual with team leadership skills, assembly and production skills and an understanding of safety in the workplace.
- Reporting to the Production Manager you work collaboratively with your crew, responsible for assembly of a range of Industrial Doors and delivering highquality products.
- You will be responsible for coordinating production activities to the team to ensure orders are completed in order and ontime.
- You will receive training on a range of systems and equipment to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
The key functions of the role are listed below but not limited to:
- Assembly of Doors and allied products
- Working with hand tools, pneumatic press and furthermore
- Working to procedure and timelines
- Finished goods quality checks
- Receiving and dispatch
- Periodic stocktakes
- Ensuring the workplace is maintained in a tidy and safe manner
About You:
- Previous production leading hand experience
- Hold current drivers and forklift licence
- Proven and effective people management skills
- Excellent hand skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance experience
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Have an ability to work autonomously and with others when required and show good communication and team work skills
- Be physically fit, motivated and reliable and a willingness to do manual handling
- A commitment to a positive safety culture
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights in Australia (Gold Coast)
- Currently located in South-East Queensland (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed heads and etc)
