Role & Mission

The People and Culture Executive will ensure the team have confidence in the internal company processes and internal data shared with them.

This will involve updating leave, issuing contracts, scheduling appraisals and other related responsibilities.

The role holds responsibility for organising and scheduling company events aimed at enhancing team retention, reinforcing company values and sharing learnings.

The overarching aim for the People and Culture Executive is to enable our remote-based company to grow quickly.

Individual Key Objectives

  • Maintain and monitor the company systems to drive performance and reliability
  • Help maintain quality standards and promote a process culture within In Marketing We Trust
  • Own employee retention and achieve employee engagement

Functional Objectives

  • Help the internal business operations run as effectively as possible
  • Schedule, organise and run company events for the team
  • Drive reliability in the internal processes and documentation of the company
  • Maintain and monitor People and Culture systems to measure performance and track progress
  • Generate knowledge and awareness of the company values and OKRs

Responsibilities

  • Act as a pointofcontact for employees in relation to people and culture services, escalating to the Head of Corporate Services when necessary
  • Work with the Head of Corporate Services and Head of Digital to coordinate training and development needs for individuals and teams
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with coordination of endtoend recruitment including the advertisement of roles, shortlisting, interviews, selection and preparation of contracts
  • Coordinate employee induction and onboarding processes
  • Assist with the coordination of performance reviews,
    including giving advice and support to managers in the delivery of these reviews
  • Coordinate and collate results from employee engagement surveys, including any actions to occur as a result of the feedback received
  • Assist with maintaining updated versions of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and forms
  • Keep the HRIS system up to date
  • Coordinate all WHS matters and Workers' Compensation claims that may arise, including liaising with relevant managers, employees and state regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance and maintain updated versions of all WHS policies, procedures, guidelines and forms
  • Meet compliance requirements and the relevant legislation, and comply with the company's standard documents, policies and procedures

KPIs

  • 100% of team members receive performancebased feedback on a biweekly basis
  • Team members receive at least 1 formal training opportunity per quarter
  • 100% of stream leads receive team feedback with highlighted actions from the engagement survey once per month
  • 70 eNPS
  • 200 employee shoutouts/recognitions
  • 100% of employees know the company values and BHAG
  • Biannual reviews are set up and effectively run
  • Biweekly Ethos awards presented
  • Quarterly satisfaction (enthusiasm) survey to collect data ( >90% completion)
