About the Role
Our client has a fulfilling position as a Customer Service Specialist, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent and meaningful lives.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Build Trust:Create long lasting, empathetic relationships through

Assist Independence:Explain the benefits of Plan Management and NDIS requirements (training provided).

Administration:Maintain accurate records of interactions for auditing purposes.

Problem Resolution:Address and resolve customer queries and challenges.

Communication:Be a great communicator.
To be successful in the role you will have exceptional customer ser4vice and will be a real team player.
You'll enjoy solving problems in a fast paced environment and you will get great satisfaction from helping those participants in the disability sector.
You will have 2 years of experience in a call centre environment and be able to use multiple systems daily.
