About us

Located on the Northern Gold Coast and apart of a larger integrated group, our Light Gauge Steel Frame and Truss Company was established to support our direct and indirect residential and commercial construction interests throughout SEQ & Northern NSW.

Your New Opportunity

Due to our growth the business has an immediate requirement for a Production & Operations Coordinator to work as a conduit between our General Manager and Factory Forman.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

Support the entire production team with the manufacturing of frames & truss's once they are allocated into the production process including administration and data analysis;
Assist General Manager & Factory Foreman to achieve productivity, efficiency & KPI's;
Assist General Manager & Factory Foreman to maintain product quality standards for finished products;
Collaborate with General Manager on estimated Labor and material resources to achieve production targets.
Plan equipment maintenance & servicing to align with production schedule.
Continue to collaborate with other departments including Sales, detailing and Engineering.
Collaborate with the Sales department regarding Sales scheduling, resource planning to understand the company production capacity both challenges and opportunities.

About you

Exposure and previous experience using FRAMECAD framing machines preferred but not essential.
An organised professional with vast knowledge of computer software systems, experience with process improvement techniques.
Background in residential & commercial construction markets preferred.
Strong knowledge of supplier & materials management with skills to translate this into improved outcomes for business.
Forklift License.
