A little bit about the role...


As a key member of the Supporter Marketing team, the Marketing Advisor for lotteries will step into this full time role and take ownership of the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, supporting the delivery of the Lotteries Campaign Strategy from ideation to execution.


You will implement marketing strategies from acquisition, engagement and retention, supporting organisational outcomes through lottery performance and raising funds for people with disability.


This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple channels and gain more experience through data led decision making on content, data and marketing tech platforms.


What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience within the Art Union Lottery sector or ecommerce (highly regarded)
  • Experience in Marketing Platforms (Braze highly regarded)
  • Experience in Social Media platforms
  • Experience in Website CMS
  • Experience in Google Analytics (desirable)
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in the workplace move positively from one priority to another
  • A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Proficiency in using current MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strategic and analytic orientation, with a proven track record of decisionmaking and problemsolving based on data insights.


Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a
"Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check, hold or be willing to obtain a
Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and a
NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card.
