State Operations Manager
Providing a safe and efficient warehousing and delivery of products to Hospitals and Pharmacies.

The opportunity:

Providing a safe and efficient warehousing and delivery of products to Hospitals and Pharmacies within South Australia and Northern Territory.

What you will do:

Lead, manage and develop a team including supervisors and warehouse team members
Hands on and lead from the front, demonstrating personal commitment to change to engage with our company values and culture
Delivering operational cost, quality and service objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, operational efficiency and service to customers
Provide and drive a safe work environment maintaining compliance with our workplace health and safety management policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

Experience leading a team in a fastpaced, complex, FMCG/Healthcare warehouse environment
Demonstrated leadership effectiveness in developing people and managing team performance

A proven track record in negotiation

A results driven with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Previous project management experience with the implementation of WMS (preferred)
