About the Opportunity

We are searching for a confident and energetic casual
Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience team based in our
Melbourne Office.

You will be joining a close knit team that support and work closely where there is never a dull moment.

The role is offering up to
24 hours per week Mon - Fri, plus the occasional Saturday availability is required.

A competitive hourly rate of
$29.68 per hour is on offer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Day to day management of Mystery Shopping and Auditing Jobs nationally
Assigning/allocating Mystery Shopping and Auditing jobs based on strict predefined parameters to ensure quality and 100% completion within client deadlines
Managing field team enquiries in relation to mystery shops and system troubleshooting.

Essential criteria:

Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Outgoing and energetic personality that connects immediately with people
Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Previous experience in retail or in a call centre or ordering systems environment is desired
Must be willing to work occasional weekends
