Accounting Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for checking the incoming/outgoing invoices and booking the in-voices in the ERP system including coordinator with other internal departments and suppliers/customers.

Responsibilities depending on the location may include:

  • Reconciliation suspense accounts (AP/AR)
  • Cash flow management (AP/ AR)
  • Record receipts and payments in ERP system (Bank reconciliation) (AP/AR)
  • Dunning, followup on collection and resolve problems in relations to customer's overdue (AR)
  • Processing and handling expense reports (AP)
  • Processing incoming invoices and ensures bills are paid in timely manner (AP)
  • Personnel Vendor master data (AP)

Skills and Abilities

  • Sufficient attention to detail van ability to notice discrepancies in data
  • Sufficient communication skills to liaise effectively with the wider business

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Preferred 15 years of work experience in a similar position
  • English skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with and comfort working in a multicultural, multidiscipline organization is an advantage
