The Role
As a Leasing Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding inquiries
  • Assisting with repairs and maintenance duties
  • Leasing of available properties
  • Ad hoc administration duties

Skills and Experience
To secure this outstanding Leasing Consultant role, you will need an excellent attitude and the following skills:

  • Valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License
  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
  • 612 months experience preferred perfect role for a Real Estate receptionist or established leasing consultant wanting to take the next step in their career
