Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

The team is passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering top-notch service. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Level 1/2 Support Engineer to join our clients vibrant team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations.
Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and improve system performance.
Provide support for various IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Level 1/2 support role or similar technical support position.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other common business applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
