Description

The Executive Support Officer is an intergral member of the Office of the Deputy Secretay, responsible for providing executive and administrative support to the Deputy Secretary of the Forest, Fire and Regions Group (FFRG).

The position focuses largely on the management of all Ministerial and Secretarial correspondence between th FFRG and the offices of the Secretary and the Minister.

The successful applicant will be self-starting, demonstrate initiaive, enjoy learning new things and taking on new challenges.

They will exhibit a strong delivery focus and be able to form and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders including senior excutives and executive support within FFRG.

The position will provide you with the opportunity to uilise your skills in high-level administrative and project support. Working discreely and confidentially will be a skilly skill of the utmost importance.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 18 months. The work location for this position flexible within Victoria (8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne preferred).
