Description

The role Reporting to the Director Program Performance, you will be responsible for providing support and expertise to the PMO, Program and project delivery teams in the review and maintenance of processes, procedures and project documentation/deliverables.

You will create a quality standardisation plan for reviews and communicate regularly to the program and project teams ensuring the process, timelines and expectations of the review are understood.

Once deliverables and report recommendations are received, you will review and follow up on actions to be completed to raise the quality standard of the product for successful delivery of the project.

The role will require you to work collaboratively with program and project stakeholders to ensure accurate quality evaluation of program and project documentation and that staff are using correct templates, registers, logs, systems and completing reporting.
