The Company
Our client is an established organisation in the travel insurance industry.
They have been providing travel insurance services to Australians for over 25 years on both a national and international scale.
They are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.The Contract
The Role
As a Facilities Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting all contractors and visitors to the office
- Managing and assisting with the onboarding of new starters
- Managing deliveries and couriers
- Client management
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Facilities Manager
- Adhoc administration as required
You
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Previous experience in reception, office management or facilities:- A passion for customer & client services
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Immediate availability
