Bookkeeper / Finance Officer
Our client is a leading international accountancy firm that provides outsourced Business Advisory. Tax and Audit Services.


Their Brisbane office is seeking a fulltime Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to join their internal practice management team which supports the external accounting team.

In this interesting and varied role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Debt collections administration
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Assisting with month end reporting
  • Database management
  • General administration

  • Possess effective communication, problem solving and planning skills
  • Be highly organised and confident working independently and within a team
  • Experience being an integral part of a small team of professionals that supports a larger team
  • Be eager and keen to learn from accounting and IT perspectives
  • Have demonstrated competence with accounting and payroll packages, MS Office Suite including Excel
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping /office administration role. ideally within a Chartered or Public Accounting firm.
