Bookkeeper / Finance Officer
Our client is a leading international accountancy firm that provides outsourced Business Advisory. Tax and Audit Services.
Their Brisbane office is seeking a fulltime Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to join their internal practice management team which supports the external accounting team.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Debt collections administration
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with payroll
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Database management
- General administration

- Possess effective communication, problem solving and planning skills
- Be highly organised and confident working independently and within a team
- Experience being an integral part of a small team of professionals that supports a larger team
- Be eager and keen to learn from accounting and IT perspectives
- Have demonstrated competence with accounting and payroll packages, MS Office Suite including Excel
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping /office administration role. ideally within a Chartered or Public Accounting firm.
