Our client is a government agency dedicated to improving the lives of those with disability. We are seeking Administrators to join their youth focused team.
You will provide administrative support to the team that works with hospital staff to ensure participants have the right supports in place when returning to the community.
These roles are to start ASAP for a 12-month casual assignment, with the possibility of an extension, pending business requirements.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Research general enquiries and analyse documents and data
- Coordinate and prepare meeting minutes and papers
- Support the drafting of written communication
- Manage complaints and feedback
- Organise travel and finance reconciliation
- Project work as required
About you:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organisation and time management
- Previous work in the disability, aged or health care sectors
- Case management skills are desirable
